The Idaho House of Representatives and the Idaho Senate subcommittees will be reviewing the IBOL proposed wastewater rule changes during this legislative session.

Now is the time to let them know how these rule changes will effect you. They will be meeting sometime in January/February 2012

Representative Steve Hartgen District 23, Twin Falls will head the subcommittee on this rule (shartgen@house.idaho.gov).

Senator Lodge (palodge@senate.state.id.us) and Senator Broadsword ( joyce@sandpoint.net) will review the rule on the Senate side.
